Useful data, kept proportionate.

Arizona Now is designed for event discovery, not behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information, build cross-site advertising profiles, or require an account to browse public events.

Information you provide

• Organizer inquiry: name, work email, organization, website, market, event volume, optional public calendar feed URL, and the problem you want solved.
• Support request: name, reply email, support topic, optional app version or build, and the message you send through the private support form.
• Event submission: event facts such as city, date and time, price, description, and optional public phone; organizer name; private contact email; source or ticket link; and optional photos uploaded from your device.
• Business profile submission: public business facts, public address or service area, optional public phone, official link, and uploaded cover or gallery photos; plus private contact name and email and your relationship to the business.
• Vacation-rental submission: rental name, city, optional place or neighborhood, availability, prices, guest capacity, description, official listing link, and uploaded cover or gallery photos; plus private contact name and email.
• Account sign-in: verified account identifier, name, email, and optional profile image supplied by Apple, Google, or X when you choose that provider. Apple may supply your name and relay email only on the first authorization.
• Purchase and subscription records: the product, transaction identifier, account-binding token, entitlement status, and dates needed to verify and restore Apple In-App Purchases or web checkout. Arizona Now never receives your full payment-card number.
• Planner or Arizona Chat request: the text you enter plus relevant Arizona Now event and listing facts. These prompts are not added to Arizona Now’s analytics collection.
• Moderation actions: the posting and reason you report, optional details you provide, and—when signed in—your blocked-contributor preferences.

Information collected automatically

The app records a limited set of first-party product actions—such as event views, saves, shares, source-link and other outbound clicks, the outbound destination hostname, planner runs, form starts, and sponsored-placement impressions and clicks—without a user ID, advertising ID, or stored IP address in the analytics record. Document visits are also counted server-side so crawlers that never run JavaScript can be distinguished from people; those records store a hashed IP, a browser or bot family, the path, and a timestamp, not the raw IP, cookies, or query strings. Account and contact fields are used for ownership, moderation, and support and are not included in public listing API responses. Server security and access logs may include an IP address, the requested URL or path, status, user agent, referrer, and timing; access is restricted to service operators and the records are used for security and operations. Application-container logs are rotated by total size rather than retained for a fixed number of days. Browser storage keeps saved events, location preferences, and drafts on your device.

How information is used

We use the information to operate and secure the service, review submissions, send the edition requested, respond to organizers, measure aggregate product usefulness, report campaign actions, show recorded people-visit totals on advertising pages, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and AI disclosure

Depending on configuration and the feature you choose, Arizona Now may use Apple, Google, or X for sign-in; Apple for iOS In-App Purchase; Stripe for hosted website payment; xAI for Arizona Chat and, when configured, AI itinerary and AI weather recommendations; OpenAI for AI itinerary, AI weather recommendations, and limited source-constrained content processing; Open-Meteo for weather; ipwho.is for approximate location; and Zippopotam.us for ZIP lookup. Arizona Now requires a service provider that receives personal information through the app to protect it to the same or equivalent level described in this policy and to process it only as needed to provide the selected service.

Before the iOS app sends the first Arizona Chat message, generates an AI itinerary, or requests AI weather recommendations, it asks for explicit permission. Arizona Chat sends the message and relevant Arizona Now listing details to xAI, which keeps response state so follow-up messages can continue the conversation. AI itinerary sends trip dates, selected Arizona cities, preferences, and relevant listing details to xAI or OpenAI, depending on the provider configured for the service. AI weather recommendations send the approximate Arizona city, current temperature and conditions, and relevant listing details to xAI or OpenAI. The itinerary and weather calls do not use provider-stored response state.

xAI states that stored API requests and responses are normally deleted automatically within 30 days, subject to limited security, legal, and compliance exceptions in its terms. Arizona Now keeps only the current xAI response identifier in its own chat visitor record, not a separate copy of your prompt or answer. Deleting your Arizona Now account removes that identifier and asks xAI to delete the current continuation object when available; provider security or audit copies, an older response in the chain, or a failed deletion request may remain subject to xAI's retention period. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer when legally required, even though Arizona Now sends store: false and does not use OpenAI application-state storage for itinerary or weather requests. Choosing Not now prevents the AI request and leaves browsing and non-AI recommendations available. Choosing Revoke AI data sharing in Profile prevents future AI transfers and makes the app ask again, but does not retroactively shorten either provider's retention period. Do not include health information, financial information, precise private locations, credentials, or other sensitive personal information in an AI request.

Retention and choices

First-party product-action analytics are pruned after 400 days, and hashed document-visit records are pruned after 90 days. Other operational records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, financial records, disputes, and legal requirements. You can browse without an account, clear local browser data at any time, unsubscribe from email, or request access or correction using the contact below. Signed-in users can permanently delete their local Arizona Now account and associated owner content from the in-app profile menu; third-party AI state follows the deletion timing described above. We may retain transaction and fraud-prevention records in de-identified or legally required form after deletion; deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription.

Do not submit private events, attendee lists, health information, precise home addresses, or other sensitive personal data.

Cookies & local storage

No tracking cookies. Your device keeps your picks.

Arizona Now does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics cookies. What the browser app stores and why:

• Local storage (this site only): saved events, location and weather preferences, draft submissions, navigation state, a cached account profile, and—inside the iOS app—the versioned record that you allowed AI data sharing. Raw provider tokens are never stored in local storage. A short-lived Arizona Now bearer may be kept in session storage for the current tab, and a revocable opaque HttpOnly cookie can resume an account.
• Strictly necessary provider state: Apple, Google, or X may maintain authentication state when you choose that sign-in option. Stripe may set cookies on its hosted website checkout for payment security and fraud prevention. StoreKit handles iOS purchases through your Apple Account. These providers are not invoked unless you use the associated feature.
• Service worker cache: pages and assets are cached on your device so the app loads fast and works offline. Clearing site data removes the cache.

Because no non-essential cookies are set, there is no consent banner to click through. If a future feature requires non-essential cookies, this notice and an opt-in will ship with it.

Terms of Service

The agreement for using Arizona Now.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Arizona Now LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Arizona Now,” “the service,” “we”) governing your use of this website, its apps, and its APIs. By using the service you accept these terms, the posting terms, the advertising standards, and the privacy notice on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to submit content, request organizer access, or purchase placement. You are responsible for activity under the Apple, Google, or X identity you use with the service and for keeping access to it secure. You may delete your Arizona Now account from the profile menu. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for users.

The service and your use of it

Arizona Now is a discovery and listing service for public Arizona events, activities, plan-supporting businesses, and paid local vacation-rental listings. It is not a booking marketplace and is not Airbnb; rental posts are paid directory listings that link to the host's official page. You may use it for personal, non-commercial browsing and for authorized posting and promotion of your own events, business, or rental. You may not scrape at scale, harvest contact data, probe or overload the infrastructure, bypass moderation or rate limits, misrepresent identity or affiliation, or resell service data without written permission.

Intellectual property

The service — including its software, design, branding, generated artwork, and editorial compilations — belongs to Arizona Now or its licensors. Submitted content stays yours under the license in the posting terms. Event facts (dates, times, places) are facts; the curated compilation, copy, and presentation are protected.

One-time purchases and renewals

All new purchases are one-time payments. Event, business, and rental placements are available for 30 days, 90 days, or one year; they do not renew automatically. Arizona Chat message packs and individual itinerary generations are also one-time purchases. The checkout screen shows the price, duration, and included features before you confirm. Renewing a placement requires a new purchase.

Digital features and paid placement bought inside the iOS app use Apple In-App Purchase; purchases on the website use Stripe. The iOS products are consumable purchases, and Arizona Chat credits bought in the iOS app do not expire. Apple handles Apple purchase billing and refund requests under its policies.

No new subscriptions are offered. If you have a historical Apple subscription, you can manage or cancel it in App Store subscription settings. Deleting your Arizona Now account does not cancel a historical subscription.

AI-assisted features

Arizona Chat, itinerary generation, and AI weather recommendations may use third-party AI to produce source-constrained suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not professional advice. Confirm event times, safety conditions, prices, accessibility, weather, and availability with the linked official source. The iOS app asks permission before sharing Chat, itinerary, or weather-recommendation data with the named AI providers as described in the privacy notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Event details change without notice; verify with the linked official source. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arizona Now and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or attendance at any listed event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you post content or run a promotion, you agree to defend and hold the service harmless from claims arising out of your content, your event, business, or rental, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the events giving rise to them where the law allows.

Changes, severability, and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after a change is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Sections that by their nature survive termination — licenses for published records, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms — survive.

Posting terms

Post facts you are authorized to share.

By submitting an event, business profile, or vacation-rental listing, you confirm that you are at least 18, the posting is legitimate, the facts are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you have authority to provide the text, links, logos, and images submitted.

What may be posted

Public Arizona events and plan-supporting business profiles from businesses, venues, governments, nonprofits, institutions, and community organizers are eligible. Business listings are paid; the price is shown at checkout. Arizona Now may verify, edit for clarity, deduplicate, delay, reject, label, expire, or remove a record to protect accuracy and users.

Content license

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Arizona Now a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, excerpt, display, distribute, and create accessibility or social-display versions of submitted content for operating and promoting the event service. You may withdraw this license for future use by requesting removal, subject to legal recordkeeping.

Prohibited content

• Illegal, deceptive, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative material.
• Copyrighted images, trademarks, or text you lack permission to use.
• Malware, impersonation, fake ticket links, pyramid schemes, or misleading scarcity and pricing.
• Private gatherings, personal data, or listings that misrepresent sponsorship, availability, location, or affiliation.

Third-party events and links

Event details, tickets, business hours, prices, availability, accessibility, weather, road conditions, and cancellation status can change. Arizona Now is a discovery service and is not the event producer, venue, ticket seller, business operator, or insurer unless explicitly stated. Confirm material details with the linked official source before attending, booking, or purchasing.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for access to the Apple, Google, or X account used to post and manage a listing. New posts require a signed-in account. The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruption. To the extent allowed by law, Arizona Now is not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct, cancellation, safety, or quality of a third-party event.

Advertising standards

Promotion buys distribution—not endorsement.

Paid placements are labeled “Sponsored” or otherwise clearly identified. Payment does not make an event, business, or rental verified, improve its factual confidence, erase safety or moderation rules, or guarantee editorial inclusion.

Ranking and delivery

Sponsored inventory may receive agreed city, category, date, or placement distribution. Organic relevance and user filters remain meaningful, and sponsored content does not silently impersonate an organic recommendation. Campaign scope, dates, price, and any delivery target must be recorded before a paid campaign begins.

Measurement

Campaign reporting may include event-detail views, saves, shares, planner matches, and outbound ticket or RSVP clicks. Advertising pages may also show first-party people-visit counts over time for the site as a whole. Sponsors receive aggregate action counts and daily totals, not visitor identifiers, raw or hashed IP addresses, or destination hostnames. These are product actions and document visits Arizona Now recorded—not guaranteed attendance, ticket sales, unique campaign reach, or independently audited impressions unless the order says otherwise. Invalid or automated traffic may be removed. Advertising IDs and bot or path breakdowns are not part of the public advertising snapshot.

Payment, cancellation, and make-goods

Payments are fulfilled only after server verification from Apple or the applicable web payment provider. The applicable order controls timing, cancellation, refund, and delivery. Apple-billed purchases and refunds are also governed by Apple’s terms. If Arizona Now materially fails an agreed delivery commitment, the ordinary remedy is a reasonable extension, replacement placement, account credit, or refund of the undelivered portion. No self-reported payment can activate a campaign.

Published package prices are the live catalog. Arizona Now will not publish invented reach claims.

DMCA & IP takedowns

Copyright complaints get a real process.

Arizona Now respects intellectual property rights and follows the notice-and-takedown process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Most listing imagery is site-generated or used under a documented source license; if something of yours appears here without permission, tell the designated agent and it will be addressed promptly.

What a complete notice includes

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
• The URL or precise location of the material on Arizona Now.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

The agent records emailed notices for review, checks the identified pages, and tracks any removal and response. You do not need a GitHub account to send a notice.

Credible notices result in prompt removal or disabling of the identified material, notification of the poster where possible, and a record of the action. The poster may submit a counter-notification under § 512(g) with their contact information, identification of the removed material, consent to jurisdiction, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury; material may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. Knowingly false claims can make the sender liable for damages under § 512(f).

Trademark, publicity-rights, and other non-copyright IP complaints go to the same agent with the same details; they are handled on the corrections timeline rather than the DMCA statutory process.

Corrections & rights

Accuracy beats keeping a card live.

Organizers and attendees can report a wrong date, cancellation, unsafe link, duplicate, rights concern, or misleading sponsorship. Include the event URL, the specific correction, and a source that supports it. Credible cancellation, impersonation, fraud, privacy, and copyright reports are prioritized; a record may be hidden while reviewed.

For a copyright report, follow the DMCA process above. False reports may carry legal consequences.
