Bill Bellamy

Bill Bellamy started doing stand-up while he was a student at Rutgers University using his experiences growing up in Newark. He earned a spot on HBO’s DEF COMEDY JAM where he coined the phrase “Booty Call,” which became the name for his first comedy special for Showtime. Bellamy hosted several MTV programming blocks including MTV JAMS and MTV BEACH HOUSE while starring in feature films such as LOVE JONES, HOW TO BE A PLAYER, and ANY GIVEN SUNDAY.
